Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our designed clothing. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
30-Day Return Period You have 30 days after receiving your clothing item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- The tags must be intact and still attached.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at ben@thespeichs.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we can only accept returns that have been requested in advance. Items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at ben@thespeichs.com.
